Have you ever gone on a tour of homes?  If you have, you know the feeling when walking through.  "I wish I could have a home like this" is what I hear most from people.  Well, those homes are staged for showing.  They are carefully arranged and decorated to attract buyers.  You get the feeling that all you need to do is park your car in the garage and you are home.  This is the reaction  you need buyers to feel when they are viewing your home.  After all, those tour homes are "For Sale."

When selling your home there is no guarantee that a buyer will just drive buy and make an offer.  You have to prepare your home for sale so that the buyer will have that "wow" feeling upon first sight.  First impressions are important and you want your home to stand out among the crowd.  The one house that the buyer remembers.

Staging a home for sale is a valuable marketing tool that will give you a little edge over the competition.  Most homes can be staged using things you already own.  All it takes is an artful eye and a little creativity.  When combined with a good marketing plan there can be a greater rate of success when selling a home.

As a seller's agent I will use my decorator's eye and artistic flair to stage your home and give it that "WOW Factor."
