I am very excited to be the new face on the scene.  After some years of being a hands on mom to my children, I was finally able to acheive my long time goal of becoming a real estate agent. 

Over the years everyone has always told me what a great decorator I am.  How my homes always look so nice yet at the same time functional.  I have always enjoyed turning something from "ho hum" to "awesome."  My husband and I have worked together on several houses redecorating, reinventing and making over.  He swears that he has looked at the his last paint swatch.  When I painted my media room "chillie pepper" he just laughed.   It is now his favorite room in the house! 

We have done everything from laying tile to hanging radiant barrier in the attic.  I am truly a hands on person and want to pass on some of what I have learned to others.  Home improvement is truely my gift and I have finally come to a point in my life where I can put it to use marketing houses.

As an avid gardener I have a very green thumb.  Through trial and error I have obtained a great working knowledge of landscape art and design.  Having your house look good on the outside is just as important as the inside.  First impressions are made at the front door. 

I am not looking to just put a sign in your yard, put you on MLS and walk away, hoping that a buyer will make an offer.  I want to help you in every way possible to get your house sold.  If it takes a weekend helping you paint, clean, organize and stage I am there.  

  
BACKGROUND
My background is in the legal field where I spent many long hours working as a Bankruptcy paralegal.  Those years gave me a great deal of experience with loan documents/deeds and a working knowledge of the mortgage banking industry.  I currently maintain a part-time position at a local firm, which specializes in Wills/Estates and Asset Protection.  All of my legal experience has given me the ability to navigate through all types of contracts and legal documents with confidence.
