As a current resident of Heath and Rockwall County I have to say I love it.  There is such a sense of community and the people are so welcoming.   A Texas native, I moved back after eleven years in Atlanta, GA (go dawgs!!).  I chose this area because of the fantastic school system and the country feel.   Here is a link for the city of Rockwall as well as for Rockwall ISD.
